Measuring your windows

Rough sizes are enough for a budget. We laser-measure every window before anything is made.

What to note for a budget

For each window, write down the approximate width and height, and whether it reaches the floor. Count the windows in each room.

Note anything unusual: arched windows, bay windows, sliding doors or very high ceilings.

Curtains go beyond the window

Curtains are usually hung wider and higher than the glass, so they can be drawn clear of the window and block more light. The finished size will not match the window size.

Why we measure on site

Walls and ceilings are rarely perfectly level or square. Laser measurement captures the real sizes, and the drawings we prepare are based on them, so the curtains, blinds and joinery fit first time.

Nothing here replaces a proper measurement. The free consultation is where we confirm every figure — call +971 50 998 0045 or book below.
