Starting prices reflect entry specifications and standard materials. Final quotation is provided after on-site laser measurement, fabric/wood selection and design confirmation. Excludes complex structural alterations or specialised electrical MEP unless itemised.

We have been making curtains, joinery and upholstery for 20 years. Everything we sell is made in our own facility in Sharjah. The same team that measures your room builds the piece and installs it, so nothing is handed to a subcontractor along the way.

How much do custom curtains cost in the UAE?
Custom curtains start from AED 550 per window, including fabric, a manual track and installation. The final price depends on fabric grade, blackout lining, window height and whether you choose a manual or motorised track, confirmed after a free laser measurement.
How long do made-to-measure curtains take?
Curtains are made and installed in 3 to 5 working days after you choose fabric and we measure. A 48-hour rush service is available.
Is the home visit really free?
Yes, the visit is free with no obligation. We bring physical fabric and finish samples, laser-measure the space and send you a drawing and an itemised quote before anything is made.
Can I get a price without a visit?
Yes, for a starting figure. WhatsApp a photo of the room with rough window or wall sizes and we'll reply with a starting price. The final quote follows measurement.
Do you cover Dubai and Abu Dhabi?
Yes. We visit and install in Sharjah, Dubai, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah. Sharjah, Dubai and Ajman are closest to our workshop and have the most frequent visit slots.
Do you make motorised curtains?
Yes. We supply and install motorised curtain tracks, with up to 5 years' warranty on the motor.
Should I reupholster my majlis or sofa, or replace it?
Reupholstering is usually the better choice when the frame is sound. We collect the piece, rebuild it in our workshop with new foam, springs and fabric, and deliver it back. Upholstery is quoted after a free inspection, because every piece is different inside.
Can I supply my own wallpaper?
Yes. Labour-only installation starts from AED 20 per sqm. If we supply from our Italian, Belgian, German and Korean catalogues, supply and installation starts from AED 45 per sqm.
What warranty do you give?
Every job comes with a written warranty. Terms depend on the work: curtain craftsmanship, joinery built with Blum and Häfele hardware, an anti-sagging guarantee on high-resilience upholstery foam, and up to 5 years on curtain motors.
Do you do full villa, office or shop fit-outs?
Yes. We handle turnkey fit-outs for villas, penthouses, offices, shops, restaurants and cafés, quoted as an itemised bill of quantities (BOQ) after a site visit and measured drawings.
